STAY AWAY! ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!Jun 12, 2007
Always willing to take your money in exchange for empty promises and downright lies. Be prepared to make many, many calls to try and get any warranty refunds. Be warned that purchase price means the absolute lowest price they can find the product selling for NOT the price you actually paid for the unit. Have been calling now for 9 1/2 weeks with nothing but empty promises-"the check will be cut next week." Been hung up on twice. Will be turning over to our Consumer Protection Division of our state's Attorney General Office. Anything less than a Cease and Desist Order would be a crime. You've been warned.
