After You Buy

So now that you have made the decision to purchase from SkyBox USA�

 

What happens next?

 

First, you receive an email notification that your order has been placed along with your order/confirmation number.
 
Your order then goes through the order verification process ensuring that all of the information is accurate so that it can be processed.
 
Once verified, your order gets transmitted to one of our multiple fulfillment warehouses around the U.S.  We do our best to ship your order from the closest warehouse possible to your shipping address.  Due to the swiftness in which your order gets transmitted from the time you place your order, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed.
 
At the warehouse, the fulfillment process begins.  Your order will get pulled from the shelves, it will get  packaged gently in a sturdy box and the shipping label will get affixed to the outside of the carton.
 
When the shipping label is created, a tracking number is generated that will allow us to track your package to your desired destination.  We will upload your tracking number into your account the next morning after your package ships.  An email will be sent to you declaring that your order has shipped.  You can then login to your account and view the tracking number and track your package.
