Shipping methods:
For orders placed on www.xm-sirius-satellite-radio.com, most orders will be sent by our preferred ground service or UPS Standard ground, UPS 2 day Air, or UPS Overnight Air, as requested.
Items shipped to APO/FPO addresses as well as items shipped to Post Office Boxes must be shipped via United State Postal Service.
*in order to ensure the safety of your package we do require a signature upon delivery for all orders
Shipping Cost:
We offer flat rate shipping promotions and/or real-time calculation on shipping rates for any product before checkout. Simply add it to your cart and enter your State and Zip Code.
*for orders within the state of Florida an additional 6.5% Sales Tax (or other lower/higher amount, per your municipalities established Sales Tax law) will be added to your order during checkout.

Shipping time:
Most orders made by 12:00 noon on business days will be shipped the same day. We do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Example of shipping timing: for UPS Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Example: You order a package on Monday morning, Eastern time. We ship the package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day it ships as a business day because the package is picked up in the evening from our warehouse, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
Tracking your package:
You can know where your package is every step of the way by tracking it on our site (excluding APO/FPO/PO Box orders).
Simply
login to your account to check the status of your order. Once logged, in you can get an accurate estimated time of arrival.
If you prefer to track it directly on UPS's website and you have your tracking number, UPS.com offers the following details on shipped packages:
Date/Time: Reflects the local date and time
Activity: Displays activity of the shipment
Location: The city and state of the activity
Details: Provides additional information about the shipment
